Refund & Cancellation

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
We’ll also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund officially posts
  3. Contact your bank – processing time can vary

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@skullshogun.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@skullshogun.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
