1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Express International: 5–10 business days (subject to availability)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, remote delivery locations, or local disruptions).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and total weight. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your package in real time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 4 business days, please contact us at [support@skullshogun.com].


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Skull Shogun is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building security first.
  • For undeliverable orders returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Skull Shogun is not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
